Buses from Panjim to Baga

Just wondering how late buses go from Panjim to Baga. I want to book a flight from Mumbai that gets to Goa at 1600. I'd like to book accommodations ahead, so I just need to know whether to book one night in Panjim before moving on th Baga, or just go straight to Bagar from the Airport.

Any advice?

I have seen many of your messages and queries before arriving in india right from delhi to goa. Good that you are doing well research and planning in advance before reaching india.....well i was also planning to visit goa anytime soon...so good for me that you are learning each nuts and bolts of travelling there hence be ready to help me when i will start my travel. I will ask so many question in just one thread to you.

Lol -- Aman, some people I've talked to that have been to or are from India have teased me about knowing more about travel in India than they do - and I've never been.

I think that at least if I'm a bit more prepared, hopefully the culture shock won't scare me into hiding. It's also helped to reasure friends and family that I'll be ok. I think it's almost harder for them, if something happens to me, I'll deal - but they are stuck at home thinking the worst - particularly from things they hear from many of the Indian people here.

I was planning to start a thread here to share my experience, and maybe you'll get some good ideas/tips/ opinions on it (i think we're the same age. I do think that there are plenty of people here that can help you out that has way more exprience than I. .

You can go straight to Baga. Take a taxi from the pre-paid taxi stand outside the terminal.
