That's just great, take one of the worst beers America has to offer and export it!

robotvoice is right. Anyone who's tasted Kingfisher, Heineken, Beck's, San Miguel, or any number of Japanese beers knows that Budweiser -- and most American beers -- are 3/4 dishwasher water.

I'm one to disagree over here. Budweiser isn't the best beer in the world, but I'd still drink it if it was offered to me. Budweiser in cans I don't mind at all. A pub I used to work in sold them, but stopped after its poor sales. I got to take a whole case home for free.

Exactly! SOme of the Japanese beers are the best one out there.

Though Bud ain't so bad either. It isn't the same as the European beers but I still like it at times.

Kingfisher is good but only the one made in UK. That made in India has a lot of glycerine added to keep it from 'splitting' and that takes a bit of taste away from it.

My favs are the Heine, Brigand, Zatte (sold only in a small brewery in Amsterdam), Cobra, Asahi, Yebisu, Sapporo, Palm etc... ...

Bud is really bad...

Kingfisher (KF) is reasonably good. Tusker in Kenya was good too but the best beers I had were in Belgium Hoegaarden, De Conik, Kwak et al. Sam Adams is one American beer I can stand...

Heineken and Corona's are a bit too watery for me. Cobra's a re brilliant. I love them. And Taj Mahal's are amazing too. Love that smoky taste. Kingfisher on tap is one of the best beers I've had. Tried it on tap for the first time at Geoffrey's in Bombay.

Stella Artois is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. I always keep a case handy in case I see a snake. I also keep a snake handy.

Grolsh is only second to Stella, and a bud made me wiser.

The cure for a hangover from the three of these beers is a bottle of TSM (Talisker Single Malt)

Kingfisher, and other similar concoctions smells like feet and tastes like embalming fluid.

~American beer is served cold, that is in order to differentiate it from urine~
.....anon......

Bud? Just one more reason I ain't gonna Goa.
Now if it was Budovar Budweiser I'd be there in a shot!

(I am now expecting a letter from Anheuser-Busch's lawyers . . . )

Yup KF on tap is pretty good but I don't like the bottled variety; if nothing else is available then hey it's beer too . Castle is good.

Anyone tried Hayward's Black? It's a stout. I liked it but the alcohol content is on the stronger side, around 7-8%. I prefer mild beers. I had Budweiser once and I liked it.
