budget stay in baga/calagute?

hey....we are about 4 of us visiting goa for 4 days in nov, need suggestions on places to stay by baga or calangute. i have been there before, i always used to stay at a little place called desmond martins which was perfect, but i seem to have lost the number . so if anyone has it do give it to me or suggest a cheap place we can stay at. nothing over 1500 rps....

With a budget up to 1500 rps, you can find lots of high quality places to stay (assuming the budget is for each person) in Baga, Calangute and Vagator area.

Actually 1500 between 2 people per night, i didn't mean per person. So maybe 3000 for 2 rooms a night. I should have mentioned that earlier. Any suggestions? We were looking for something thats close to the beach cause id like to walk to the shacks and obviously just clean and simple...thanks for martins number, i did call but cannot seem to get through, i hope i do soon enough, it has exactly what i am looking for. But do feel free to suggest other places if you have any in mind. thanks

Dont know about your taste.. but try the ALidias guest house in BAGA. a truly amazing experience.
It is like a modified old portuguese house; with clean big rooms and old artistic furniture. The rooms have an aircon.
I think it is good
