I think you may be referring to the fresh water lake at Arpora.

There is a new development called Little Baga, maybe you got a bit confused with the developer which is Blue Beach Holiday Homes

If youre interested in buying one…which is nearly impossible anyway… check this out: http://realestate.escapeartist.com/P-2004034/

The site you refer to was built by Blue Beach Holiday Homes, who have London Offices and was originally known as "little Baga". It is on the coast side of the Calangute/Arpora road, just north of Arpora Bridge.
There are 7 blocks of apartments, with about 90 apartments in total. There is a large shared pool.
They were marketed to English buyers. I know, we "bought"one and have just spent three weeks there. Anne has made 4 trips to the site in 2006.
Just before Christmas, the name was changed to "Blue Beach Resort". The place is about 98% complete now, with just a bit of lanscaping to do, and some internal work to do on some of the apartments.
If you want to know anything else, just ask, or go to my site - www.littlebaga.com
Follow the link on the bottom of the home page to see some new pics.
cheers.............
