I posted one on another Anjuna Goa question, cant remember the name of the place but its next to a Hotel that has a pink wall around it, they show a movie every night on a large screen the food especially the seafood its fantastic all done fresh they let you choose you fish or prawns the Bar B Q it best food weve had in India yet in 4 trips. The staff were also really friendly and the service was great. ***** 5 star

I'd like to know as well, I'm going there for a fortnight next Thursday, staying at the Tamarind if you want to come and point.

My dearest of all goan restaurants - Crab key, where you are only enjoying the food and sea breeze!

Ok, I thought everyone would know

To the extent I remember, you drive down in a bike to the last motorable spot from the Anjune junction, a landmark here is that big tattoo place.. Then get off the bike and walk towards the far end (to the south) in the beach, and crab key would be one of the first few restaurants on the left on beachfront.

A bit more info http://www.india9.com/i9show/49190.htm

We stayed at the Tamarind last year, lovely people there and a little piece of heaven to go back to and chill out after mooching round Anjuna and other areas. We did go to a good german restaurant but can't remember the name, the chap who ran it wore a bandana. The food and staff were great.
I'm sure Ron's (Tamarind boss) taxi drivers or staff at the Tamarind will point you in the right direction of wherever you need to go.
Let us know how you got on Hypo

The German Bakery rocks! Great food and great vibe! More a chill-out zone than a restaurant per se, but I love it there! :-)

Mercedes10, where did you finally decide to stay? At the Valentines resort?

OK I know this is referring primarily to food...but the Hanuman Bar place is really fun place to go relax. The wait staff is really cool and there is always a good mix of locals and foreigners for great conversation. Then there is a place I think it's called Dhum Biryani, that makes really delicious kababs. Cheers!
