best places to stay?
best places to stay?
Hi,
I am going to be in Goa from the 3rd to the 10th of April and wanted to maybe stay at two different beaches, friends have recommended arambol, palolem and anjuna..
I definitely want to stay in palolem but can't decide between anjuna and arambol..
has anyone stayed in samsara (arambol)?
anyone have recommendation for accommodation in palolem, not expensive, safe (female traveling alone) and maybe near some good yoga classes? and same for anjuna?
thanks
sarah

At Anjuna you may checkout Yogamagic, but it's little inside and not on the beach.
In little lower range you may checkout Tamarind.

Yogamagic is very very expensive, badly run, and the accomodation is basic for the prices charged.
Typical of a foreigner run place with prices that would be considered high even in the West.........

hi
you will find places to stay for all budgets in all 3 places .. for yoga and massage arambol is a good bet ... anjuna for the party scene ... palolem if you want to chill out and relax and watch family and less sober crowd ... would recommend it for couples and family ... you should check out arambol... im in anjuna 2 - 4 april.
Patnem is a very nice place to be.

As we have jumped a year with the last two posts, it would be fascinating to know where he did stay in the end............
