Hey fellow travellers,
I'm a frequent visitor to Goa but now for the first time, I'm planning to stay at the beach huts in Palolem with my boyfriend and another couple. We basically want a quiet, beautiful and well-located space on the beach which has clean western style attached bathrooms, airy verandah/balcony and a good restaurant. We'll walk down to the main beach area as and when but we'd prefer staying in off-site places... That's why I've picked Ordo Sounsar, Papillon and Bridge 'n' Tunnel. They all have availability and similar pricing but I can't decide which one to pick. Our flight gets in at some 10 pm, so atleast for the first night, I wanna book a place. We are there for a week early Feb.

Can you help me out? Thanks in advance

I stayed at B&T last year and found it good. You could also try Ciarans

Ciarans if you have more money than sense (outrageously over-priced). While it is very busy here compared to my previous visits it is a "bad season" and numbers are down on last year and dropping daily. You won't have any problem finding somewhere if you aren't arriving too late in the day. Drop your bags and your companions at a restaurant and go for a wander to screw a deal. I would advise not making a deal for too many days as the prices are dropping daily.

Ordo Sounsar is good, we stayed there couple of years ago. But it did not have west style attached bath room. The facilites are shared outside which can be pain in in the neck if you want to use it at night. Otherwise clean bar and rest. The place is located at the end of the beach apx 1km from Palolem Beach Resort is not bad and has west style bath and also eco friendly like Ordo Sounsar. But forget the cheap huts. Palolem has the best and longest sun set view.
