"Bar Girls" escort tourists in Goa's night clubs

The "Bar Girls" who used to dance in Mumbai till a ban was enforced have now found a new haven in Goa. In recent days these girls have provided escort services to single men visiting night clubs and rave parties.

I always think I can get into any nightclub, etc. But whenever I'm by myself and need a woman, I often ask the girl beside me to pretend we're together, and I buy her a drink and that's the end of that.

Hi,
When I wan in Goa I was asked a couple of time to 'help out' people by escorting them into nightclubs - er my boyfriend thought it was so funny
Me on the other hand wasnt too empressed with him!

But I do find it a bit unfair that fellas cant get into a nightclub without a girl - is there a reason why clubs wont let them in on their own?

Just so that hordes of single men don't get in and scare away pretty young things!

To keep the female-male ratio up so all the single blokes in there think they have a chance of copping off.

That's also why a lot of clubs let women in a hour or two before the men and give them subsidised booze.

That's (night)life. Who say's women have it tough?!

I think is this is a very good idea, because in India I saw way more men going out than the women, so it's not really sexist, it's business.

well to be fair I wouldnt go into a club/bar when there was a whole bunch of fellas and a couple of girls.
guess it just the way things work over there - and if it works leave it.
Also it would be better if they let girls in a couple of hours before and give them FREE drinks

i say why not take the number of girls in the bar thing to the next level, require each man two have TWO dates, so you know there will be some available girls in the bar.
