Hello,
Will be in Goa in 3 weeks time
and am interested in popping into an ayurvedic centre. Have always been intrigued by ayurveda. I will initially be in the south - Colva and then venturing north.
I have heard of Ayurvedic Spas - what exactly are these and are they expensive?
Any information/ suggestions welcome.

just be a little careful as a lot of such centres have popped up in Goa lately! some of the experts working there have no clue on how to spell "Ayurveda"! the upmarket spas at some of the 5 star hotels are safer and a better option but be ready to have a heavy thick wallet!
