Aririving by train to Goa- need help with hotel

Hi all,
We are thinking of visiting Goa for a couple of days and would like to know if anyone can help us out with some budget hotel options.

We will be ariving on th 16th of Nov. and staying for two nights.

WE have no idea where to go and what to do yet..... just a two day trip so we wont have much time anyways.

Any suggestions and help will be very welcome.

We are looking for a family room for 4 people. Is there any cheap clean hotels in Goa around this time...

My budget for a hotel room is around 30 to 50$.... cheaper the better. thanks ya all.

Welcome to IndiaMike. The site provides a vast amount of information. I suggest that you search the site (in grey bar close to top of IM home page - 3rd from the right).

Also you could check out the 'Hotel Listings' for Goa (access through link close to top left of IM home page) or under 'Forums' where there are threads on each region. Sooo many options...

What train will you be using to get to Goa?

I ask because there are lost of stations in Goa and different trains call at different stations.

If you tell me the train number I will list the stations, then others may be able to provide better info.
