A week in Goa

Hi ppl,

Planning to spend a week either in Oct or Nov in North Goa.. Looking at renting a decent appartment at Baga or some place and a self drive car. My wifes never been to Goa would like to party a little, eat a lot & relax and just wander around.

Any inputs on appartments for rent for a week & where i can rent a self drive car? Other option is i drive down from Mumbai with a stop-over at Chiplun or somthing

drive down the coastal route. its only 750 km or so. can easily do it in two days, or stop at chiplun, ratnagiri etc.

I do have that as a option Capt Mahajan .. working on the apt rental
