But c'mon some one needs to help me out here with Goa ...

i am still stumped for accomodation!!!

My tickets have been bought and soon my bags will be packed - and i will be sleeping on the beach - lol

You best bet it to find accomodation after you get to Goa. There are a lot of low budget places that do not advertise on the internet. I was in a similar situation a few years ago and booked an apt through nikki's travel http://www.nikkistravel.com/villas-apts.html

I think we were overcharged but, atleast we had some peace of mind knowing that we had a roof over our head when we got to Goa. A lot of Indians showed up without accomodation and were able to manage. But, if none of you have ever been to Goa before, then I suggest booking ahead.

hi! soory for you broken heart, but forget that and think about goa! It will soon make you happy!

anyway, for accomodation try lucia beach guesthouse in candolim. Is tayed there for three months and its great! If they dont have any room they might be able to put you in touch wiht someone. Its an indian family who run it and they are called lucia and joseph. Here is the email address luciaguesthouse@sify.com tell them i recommended them to you and im sure they will help you out!

Have a good trip! I go on the 9th december for one week!

HI!

hope you all find accomodation! Its a busy time!

Lucia is alwas very reasonable, and it depends on what kind of room you get for the price. Im not sure what his rates are for this season. When i stayed there i got a long term rate so it will probalby be different to just a weeks stay. But it is definately not expensive
