4 Friends going to Goa in Jan

We 4 friends are planning to go goa between 11th jan - 16th jan. Our budget for a 4 night stay is upto Rs. 10,000. Can anybody refer appropriate hotels preferably near to beach in our budget? And what would be the rates for motorcylces if we hire two of them?

What beach?

And scooters cost around 150 a day
Motorcycles more, depending on which one.

There is a nice affordable place in Mandrem right at the beach called Beach House I think. First right after the turn to Mandrem from the main road. Another good option is Surf Club in Arambol, also nice location and good rates. In January motorcycles cost around 250 a day.

Thank you Ananda for scooters info.. Any beach will do as i dont know much about the beaches there.. We are going for d 1st tym..
Btw we would like to prefer a enfield bullet or some other cruiser bike.

Hi, it depends on what kind of holiday your looking for. I visit every year and will actually be there when you visit. baga is the place to be in my opinion. good bars/restaurants and tito's lane has a brilliant vibe. I can suggest accommodation for you no problem. I have a few bed and breakfasts and a couple decent resorts which are affordable.

Yes! Dec-Jan rent for everything goes up.. u can get bikes in the range of Rs.250 a day, Bullet n other cruiser bikes will cost a lil more.. As you are going for the 1st time, I would suggest that you go to Baga... If you make Baga as center, you can cover other areas like Anjuna, candolim, vagator and all... N its just 15 kms from Panjim..
