Feedback for new India Images section

FYI - The "thumbnails" link has now been added to the India Images homepage.

Looks good Nadreg but there is a small problem
After selecting the images of more than 1 day it is not possible to select the following pages.

It would be nice if you could manage that fourth column somehow, instead of leaving the white space, but hey, maybe file that under some people are never satisfied!

I was thinking of using that space for a "Featured" gallery, and a listing of the latest photo comments.

I was never very keen on the random, featured, miscellaneous, whatever, selections in the previous system --- but we do need something more alive with the comments.

"Featured" I'm not too big on, either (that competitive thing again, and featured by what criteria, etc. Though with the articles selection on the site's homepage, I think "featured" just means a random rotation among those articles indeed, so I'm fine with that), however a "random" selection clearly showing up I do much like; as it makes you stumble across old pics you otherwise never might have.

ps That new thumbnails selection is nice yes, however even after Nadreg announced it above I had to look quite a bit to actually find the link to it. It could be made more visible/obvious/intuitive.

Has anyone had issues either uploading pics or submitting comments on images?

Yes I have had. Comments don't show - but it's erratic, because sometimes they do. Sometimes after uploading an image I get strange codes on a white page. But when I go back I see my image is up there.
I don't know if it is my unique problem.

Can you try an clear your browser cache cookies and let me know if you continue to have issues?

Fine, but there is still the problem I mentioned in the Site Issue thread #1305
The banner on the search engine also redirects you to the old photo section.

The validation error after writing a comment is still persisting with me. I got this while trying to write a comment on a photograph by Aarosh

And I got this while trying to post my own image, though this is not really a problem as the image I think did get created.
