The title says it all - can't seem to find the answer by searching so can somebody enlighten me (I am new to this forum!) What does a red envelope with word sticky beside it mean??

Basically, sticky threads will contain information that is likely to be very useful, so are kept where they can be found easily. (The colour of the envelope is irrelevant to this. I think it relates to how 'busy' the thread has been lately - blue being cold, red being hot!)
