View all pages option on multi page threads

Would it be possible to have a view all pages option on multipage threads. Several other forums I frequent have this functionality.

Did you know that you can set the number of posts displayed per page in your profile? Maximum is 40. Even this saves the number of times to click next and wait for page to load.
