'Ladiesman' wants to buy me a beer. Or a coffee. He doesn't mind which.

'Lonelyheart' needs my address so he can send me a floral arrangement. He kindly followed this up with a lovely poem - my eyes are like shining stars in the night sky.

ROFL!!!

If you are serious, we need to know about these kind of PM's or e-mails.

The person(s) may be genuine or may not be, I'm living proof that any idiot can use a PC these days.

I guess a predator could send out 10 of those messages in the hope that 1 woman will say yes, then he will have the perfect excuse for himself and others to take her to anywhere in India.

Frightening, and maybe taking advantage of the friendly reputation of Indian people.

Jeezzzz.... It's hard to ban people for sending poems.

Hmm,, a good cup of coffee in a massage parlour in Goa, with someone reciting a poem about my eyes... with a nice floral arrangement to boot...

Am I dreaming?

Stephen, these are all ancient, from when I first joined IM. I didn't know then that I could/should report them. I haven't had any for a while - I'm pleased that IM seems to be cracking down on these guys.
If i get any more, I will definitely report them.

Btw, I modified some of the usernames in my previous post. These people don't hang around long, and yep, they usually had only a small number of posts or none before PM-ing.

Do you mean to say the poem wasn't written exclusively for me? That I'm not the only shiny-eyed goddess in his life? And I thought he loved me, I thought I was the only one for him...

ah.... <jealous> I am consoling myself with the fact that nursery rhymes are easier to find than a poem about a costume
