Planning a pilgrim trip to Rudranath-Kalpeshwar, Madmaheswar. Are horses available from Helong to Kalpeshwar?
Are accomodations available in Panar-Bagiyal?

Secondly you have posted in the wrong section, this should be in uttarakhand or trekking and hiking section.
You can get horses from helang to Kalpeshwar easily. For Madhmaheshwar also it is possible to get but for Rudranath I have not seen. Acco is available at Panar

1) Its not possible to do it post-diwali as all temples mentioned
are closed. it will be open only in Mid-May to Oct.
2) I had been to Panch-kedar in Oct 2009.
Helang to Urgam -> Jeep or Trek. From Urgam to Kalpeshwar
you can hire Horse (must be for 3 odd KMS). Open whole year.

Uniana to Madmaheswar -> Horses are available. Rs.1000 one
way or trek 17 KMS one way

Sagar/Mandal to Rudranath -> Horses might be arranged with
sufficient notice. Usually they trek 20 KMS.

3) You can stay at Panar Bugiyal but it will be damn chilly. There is another homestay 10 KMS from Sagar, 2 KMS before Panar Bugiyal
