How do I change my profile and add a pic?

Go to your profile page, look to the right under your picture, and hit the "user option"

How do you change the writing under your avatar name which appears instead of "Member", "Senior Member", etc.?

TD: User Control Panel --> Edit Profile --> Custom User Title
