I would like a longish term visa. I am from the uk and was wondering if anyone has any experience of obtaining a student visa by signing up for a college or uni course. I was thinking of ayurveda possibly. Other option is 3 year meditation visa. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for those links.

I have a visa which runs out on the 7th October and I would like to do a course which begins on the 4th october. At the moment I am back in the UK. Is there such a thing as an overlapping visa?

You should apply for a fresh visa based on your new course, and you have to go to your country of origin to get that visa.
