Hi Everybody!

I applied for an Employment visa 2 weeks ago and yesterday, the online tracking was saying "Processed application are received from Embassy and ready for collection".
Does it mean that the visa is granted?

If the visa is rejected, do they usually contact you? (to try to get some documents etc) and does it take more time to get rejected? (in my case, one document was not on letterhead as required, I only got the document yesterday and I forwarded it to the VFS office, 4hrs later I got the text saying it was ready...)

(it would be so nice to have less obscure updates like "congratulations, your visa has been granted!!"...)

It means that A visa has been granted. You won't know until you see it whether or not it is the exact visa type and duration you asked for, but in your case, as the amount of additional documentation required was mimimal, my guess is that they have given you what you asked for.
