I hold two passports. One from Africa and second from Europe.

At the moment, I am visiting India. I entered India using my passport from Africa, which has the Indian visitor visa.

From India, I then wish to visit Europe. I do not need visa as I have a valid EU passport.

Can someone guide me how to present my passports when I check in with airline, and at the immigration when I exit India to travel to Europe.

Many thanks in advance.

I presume that you will have to show both passports to the airline staff at chcek in, as they have to satisfy themselves that you are entitled both to leave India and to enter the European country which you are flying to.

At immigration on departure you should only need to show the passport with the India visa, as they are not really concerned where you might be going after you leave India.

None of them issue passports. Africa is a continent, and so is Europe. If you could be more precise. Not all countries in Europe want APIS data transmitted before the airline takes off from a non-European country. The minimum requirement is (
Full name (last name, first name, middle name if applicable)
Gender
Date of Birth
Nationality
Country of residence
Travel document type (normally passport)
Travel document number (expiry date and country of issue for passport)
)

As others have mentioned; Show airline both, and make sure you submit the passport that has your Indian Visa to the immigration officials on exit.
