There is a daily bus service from Delhi to Kathmandu.
The bus will depart from Majnu ka tilla at 12 noon and arrive in kathmandu the day after the next day, morning around 9 or 10am.(about 40 hrs)
It is not an AC bus but it is "deluxe" (meaning not like a gov bus, like an intercity European bus).
There is no toilet on the bus.
Rs 1500/- per passenger.

These 2 travel agents deal with it in Majnu Ka tilla (among many)

Prime minister Modi announced a direct bus service between Kathmandu and New Delhi which is run by DTC ( Delhi transport corporation). The buses they are using are Volvo buses and a lot better than what the private bus operators were offering. Fare is Rs2300 per person for adults and Rs1500 for children between the ages of 2 and 12. Infants travel free without a seat allocated for them.

The buses DTC is using on this route are Volvo triple axle ones and their suspension is considered to be one of the best as you can see in the picture I have attached. I have traveled in one of these on another route and these buses are comfortable, nothing like rest of the garbage that DTC operates.

These days it is best to avoid going to Nepal by road because of roads being blocked by people who are protesting against the new constitution as they claim it is not inclusive and people living in plains have no representation. Nepal has a shortage of essential commodities and fuel due to this blockade as most of such products are supplied by road from India and they are not being allowed in by protesters.

Airlines have been advised by Nepal government to have enough fuel for their return journey as they are not able to provide any at Kathmandu thanks to the blockade.

Not much suspension to be seen in that shot. Have you posted the wrong picture?
