My signature is not legible in my passport. It is slightly different than the ones in my other documents like driving licence.

Would it cause me any problems?
Should I apply for re-issue of passport ?

It is the signature you had made during interview which appears on a passport.

There should not be any problem if the signature differs.

You may be required to match your passport's signature.

There should not be need to apply for re-issue of passport.

What do you mean exactly by
"You may be required to match your passport's signature." ?

You may be required to sign the same way you had signed on the Passport.

But, that too, won't be mandatory everywhere.
