You have right to get passport, and you need to write correct information in your application. Where you live how long you live there and you can take written informaiton from landlord where you live before. If you live in same District on different address it is not a problem for Police Verification.

If you have some extra money you can take help from Passport Agent who will fill your applicaiton correctly and if you looking for employment visa there is certain age for it.
Best Regards,

Once you have changed address, the address would be treated as changed.

You will be required to mention all the addresses where you have lived during last one calendar year.

You may take a notarized affidavit from your house owner stating that you have rented the house.

You must not tell a lie not even about marriage. You will be required to submit copy of Marriage Certificate if you wish to enter the wife's name in the passport.

Since you are married you will need to show a marriage certificate. Your wife's name will appear in your passport; you cannot do anything about that.

do you have mobile bills?

Can you get a letter from your employer (on letterhead) stating your present address?

Get your address on your aadhaar card changed- although it may take a lot of time.

Do you have a rental agreement?

I am guessing you have a birth certificate, right?

Open a bank account with your present account.
Then apply for a passport.

But someone told me that you have to show that your bank account is one year old? That is not true? If I go now for my bank account is also good?
Thank you
