I don't want to buy a USB Modem/dongle or data card I have a N73 (Quad-band with EDGE & UMTS 3G) is unlocked, can I purchase just a SIM?

Can I get one without a lengthy contract?

Will I be able to use it for call if I travel because I know in India once you leave a specific area you are charged roaming?
