In Udaipur, if you are at Jagat Niwas sitting at the window seat on the second floor or are staying in room 119 and are relaxing in THAT window seat you may be able to pick up a signal from amet havali across the way. Or so I've heard...

There's also a restoplace on Hanuman Ghat called Soul Meet with free wifi, they just opened recently and seem to be looking for more of a hangout vibe for now.

Kala Ghoda Cafe in the Fort area of Mumbai offers free wifi for customers, although not at lunchtime (I think it is switched off between 12pm and 4pm). You'll need to ask staff for the password.

Could somebody please advise on Wifi hotspots in Coimbatore - Tamilnadu

I read about Airtel Wifi hotspots for Rs 15/hour but I am not sure if it is available in Coimbatore yet.

Any decent cafe or restaurants please?

But just a few doors away:

Palais Croisette, the rooftop restaurant at Hotel Ramakrishna, Ottavadai Street, Mamallapuram, has free wifi for customers.
