Vodafone Delhi Customer Care Number Please!?
I bought my sim in Delhi, am now in Goa so when I dial 111 and speak to a customer care rep they cannot help me. They told me to call Delhi Customer Care on 09811098110 and this nr does not work from a land line or my mobile. The Delhi customer care nr on the website does not have the option of speaking to a customer care rep and I really need help as I am not able to send any sms or receive them either!

Ummm - not sure what you mean? (me = blonde, technophobe!) - but I was having no problems in Delhi, Himachal and the first day in goa? Yesterday I was not receiving sms messages sent from abroad (my brother sent me 7, father in law 3 - i didnt receive any) now today my messages going to bombay are not being sent either.....

If you were having no problem in Delhi/HP then Message centre was setup rightly, so that's ruled out !
You should sent them a mail. Or take the phone to some repair shop, he'll be able to diagnose the problem |
