I am a VERY frustrated new customer of Tata Indicom and have been getting the biggest jerk-job from their customer service department as well as their corporate office. Any suggestions on a newspaper whether locally here in Mumbai or even nationally that I might be able to voice my concerns regarding this company in way of an editorial that just may warn others to reconsider using them as their internet service provider?
