Seeking Broadband in HP

I'm looking for information on Internet cafes in Dharamsala and Chandigarh. Specifically, I'm looking for cafes that have good broadband connections, good uptime (like their own UPS) and can burn CDs or allow USB drive access.

Any recommendations, folks?

I've got a couple projects that have reached critical mass when it comes to bandwidth, and am planning an extended Internet trip. The closest places likely to have what I'm looking for are Chandigarh and Dharamsala, so if you've visited Internet cafes in these areas, I'm interested in hearing your experiences. Mandi has some cafes, but either the uptime isn't good, or they can't use USB drives.

But have either of you been to any specific cafes in Chandigarh that seemed good? If folks have had any specially good experiences with Internet cafes in the Himachal area, I'm really interested in hearing about them.

Are the Reliance ones pretty consistently good? If so, I'll try them first. This question came up because on this trip I won't have a lot of time for shopping around....

The Reliance World cafe I went to had a good ambience. Its located one block away from sector 17 - I don't remember the sector number. The connection was good and the monitor also. I did not use a pen drive or CDs, so I don't know if they allow USB devices at all. The coffee they serve is good too.

The Reliance Cafe is in Sector 9 I think, it has all of the gear. There are a couple of others in Sect 35A, one was a Reliance but last I saw it had been burnt out. These places offer all of the services, CD burning, USB support, coffee and cakes. Not sure what their speed it maybe 1MB/sec but shared obviously.
