notebooks
Do I bring the one I have here? Will it really be that hard for me to get a cell phone? My spouse will be Indian don't they have family plans? Is it common to have the internet at home there?

Yes bring your notebook. you can ask your fiance to get a sim card for you in his name. Most progressive homes have internet here, and wouldn't it be better to ask your fiance whether he has internet at home.
