Internet connection in Sikkim and Darjeeling

Hi guys,
I had a week long family tour planned during 2nd week of April for following places:
Gangtok
Lachung
Bagdogra
Darjeeling
Pelling

Something has come up and since its too late to cancel I must have internet connection in my laptop throughout the trip. I need to buy a data card that works in all these places.My friend suggested BSNL data card..will it work fine??
I would appreciate if someone can help me out fast...

Yes BSNL'll will work even at Lachung.........but not fine

Gangtok- works superb with 3G

Lachung - very poor& slow connectivity.........sometime it takes 15/20min to open a mail

Bagdogra - works fine

Darjeeling - works fine.......if not cloudy/foggy 3G too

Pelling - cant say fine but its ok

I'm in gangtok and I need an internet cafe with skype but all I can find here is internet cafes/computer colleges where people stare at your screen.

Any suggestions?

well you'll find it at the lower Gngtok near Manipal Hospital
