How/should I get a cell phone in India?
I will be traveling in India for 6 months (April - October 2007) and I am considering getting a cell phone. How do plans work in India? What kind of cell phones will work? How should I go about getting one? Any advice on who is the best service provider? I will be going all over India
I'll be using the phone mostly for local calls, but also to call home to the US. thanks! |

Use Search feature of IM site

This has been discussed at various times. I would use the search feature on IM keyword cell phone. sim cards Sure another IMer will also answer your question. Also the location that you will be using the phone in India would be helpful. peace, gregor
