Calling the US
Hey everybody,
When I'm in India this spring, what would you say is the easiest, most cost efficient way to make calls to the US? I won't be in one place, so I guess mobile phones are out, and I have used ISD in the past, but I found it expensive... Phone cards work well for me here in the states, but I have no experience with them in India Any advice? gracias |

As costs for international calls go, ISD is a relative bargain. A 25 minute call I made to the US cost around 330 rupees--less than $8. It's also convenient (even the most rural areas have them) and reliable.
