I disagree completely! I have been using airtel for 20 months now. After sales service is very prompt, courteous and respectful of the customers (in)conveniences. Downtime is virtually nil in the last 12 months. Planned maintenance is done with SMS notifications 6 hrs or more before. I use 2mbps since 6 months, have been on corporate VPN almost all day without the session breaking.

If you plan to work from home, Airtel is the way to go.

Regards

The only way I have got them to sort out problems is to get in touch with their CEO. Thats what it takes to get any response from Airtel.
I feel you might have an one off case..not sure why you had to go to the CEO...either they do not have problems, and if they do then they are better than Tata Indicom and other government service providers.

Couldn't pass the croc by . Anyway it is similar in theme to my previous avatar, big, water based and dangerous .

that's what I thought - also kinda in keeping with the "lying low waiting to strike" kind of theme (the more I look at it the more creepy that single croc eye looks....whoa)!
