So, this one is as easy as ...changing the DNS settings on a machine?
(and making sure you get rid of the malware that changes it back again, of course)
Anyone who needs to do that could do worse than use Google's DNS: 8.8.8.8 because --- it's amazingly easy even for me to remember. For whatever reason, maybe you wiped it, or reset your router, or something, without a note of your ISP's DNS addresses. We all do that! Just remember 4 8s
... And then set up your own DNS caching server
