Trouble cancelling flights on Deccan Website

Has anyone else had problems cancelling flights on the Deccan website ?

I originally thought it may be a Mac compatibility problem ( tried IE, Firefox & Safari )

Now I went to a cyber café to use a PC and got the same problem. Lets you log into your PNR, select you as a passenger, even gives you the amount of the refund available.. Only when you click the final "cancel" button at the end, the bottom of the browser give a javascript in process acknowledgement, but it will not complete the "cancellation"

I'll call the "hotline", but thought there may be an easier way than hanging on a phone for hours !
