Spicejet
Just curious what everybody thinks about this airline.
Searched about it and they seem a bona fide company, reliable and more or less on time. Any Comments? |

Its a popular carrier but comes with standard problems which you would associate with budget/no frill airlines...delays, ,quality of cabin crew, customer service etc.

Spicejet/indigo/go airways/air deccan belong more or less to the same league.
Frequent cacellations/flight delays/overbooking is usual for all of them. Cant blame them totally though...these low cost airlines are finding it harder and harder day by day to offer tickets at those prices.

I used Spice Jet from Bombay to Varanasi return in October, and they were perfectly fine...In fact, no problems what so ever!!

I've used Spicejet a couple of times in and out of Mumbai without any delays or problems. As long as you're not looking for a luxurious atmosphere and a hot meal, it's fine. Their prices are decent too.

Spice is my preferred Airline if it is a good option, i.e. if their schedule fits my plans. I experience them as friendly, efficient and reliable. A definite Thumbs-up!
