Mumbai domestic terminal

Travelling London/Mumbai/Chennai Jet Airways. Have 4-1/2 transit in Mumbai so if clear immigration quickly potential 3 hour wait in domestic terminal 1B. Just wondered if any bar/cafeteria restful seating area in newly renovated domestic terminal. Not expecting great comfort and will pay through nose for any drink but couple cold beers would be nice to pass the time.

Depends on what time you are there. I had an extended wait sometime back and nothing was open until about after 6 am or so. I did not see a bar or a sit-down cafeteria. There were stalls which sold coffee, snacks and breakfast. Usual airport seating.

I was in Mumbai last month for a 6:30am flight.

I arrived just before midnight so had approximately 6½ hours to wait.

There's plenty to do...

There's a stall that sells cold drinks and food 24/7 - not ridiculous prices.

You can go outside and chat to the police.

Go outside and smoke a cigarette (optional)

Talk to other passengers.

Read the newspaper.

3 hours isn't really long to wait.

also, internet service available at the snack bar.
