A flight for my wife from Mumbai-Ahmedabad last August was cancelled and there was no sorry/no help etc...to put her on the next availabe alternate flight. It was first time for us flying KingFisher and were disappointed.

I flew round trip from Delhi to Kolkata last November on Kingfisher and they are fantastic. You pay more of course but it's worth it. I did have a problem on the return flight from Kolkata to Delhi in that they couldn't find my reservation but I think it was due to inexperience mayber. Otherwise a top class airline, all of my friends that live in Kolkata use it and the song they play over and over is still in my head!
