Is eholidaysindia.com a reputable agent?
Is E-Holidays-India a reputable company? I'm trying to book domestic flights thru them. Anybody out there had dealings with them before?

No idea about e-holidays. Usually, i book my flight tickets with travelguru.com / yatra.com / makemytrip.com and never had any problems with the three web-sites. |

I tried yatra.com but they say I have to be a Indian citizen to purchase the ticket. They have this box for you to check off to confirm your nationality. I wonder if I can just check that and pretent I'm Indian.

try with travelguru.com / makemytrip.com. alternatively, you can book with airline websites. Indian --- indian-airlines.nic.in AirIndia --- www.airindia.com Kingfisher-- www.flykingfisher.com AirSahara -- www.airsahara.net JetAirways-- www.jetairways.com Paramount Airways--www.paramountairways.com And am not giving you the low cost airliners as i never travelled and don prefer to travel and don recommend.Anything may happen at any time. Either the flight will be on time, delayed or cancelled. One need to have patience while dealing with low-cost airliners. Kingfisher airlines (my first choice) do not have dual pricing, fare charged to a foreigner is as same as fare charged to any indian citizen. |

Ideally, you must go through contacts provided by friends.
Why don't you try the reputed folks like Thomas Cook or Kuoni holidays. There are others like www.makemytrip.com, www.cleartrip.com who are advertsing quite a bit on TV. They must be good. If you looking at a proper travel agent like of people, you can get in touch with Footloose Yatra. I do all my local travel bookings through them. Their e-mail is footlooseyatra@vsnl.net They should be able to help you. |

Is desiya.com any good?
I've been trying to find an online travel agent (who accepts foreign credit card) to help me with my travel in India. Has anyone use desiya.com before?
