I have flown them many times and always had good experience. They are a budget, no-frills airlines.

Yep. As good or as bad as most of the rest.

Indigo is probably one of the best airlines in India.
No frills. Very efficient. Usually on time if not before. I have also called up customer service twice when I had to make changes to my tickets and both times I have ended up complimenting them for their level of service (unlike clueless airlines like goair) |

They had cancelled my boarding pass & guide me personnally to the ticketing counter outside the security hold area with completing fromalities. And helped me to book a fresh ticket out of way & Handed over the Luggage to me at the ticket-counter which was far-away with help of a Assistant. I had touched by there Attitude & devotion for work. Now I always prefer Indigo.

Definitely the best budget airline in India in my opinion. Jet (not JetLite) and Indigo have the best "on time" performance of all the domestic airlines in India.

I agree K&K; Indigo is great.
(FYI, they sell snacks on the plane.) SpiceJet is reliably at least an hour late. |

price from BOM - BLR can come as low as INR 2.3k or even less
walking it would be more expensive - train 2AC costs approx INR 1K less. we pay the price of cow-cart and expect concordian services. raama raama... :brishti |
