Help needed! (makemytrip.com)

Has anyone used these: www.makemytrip.com/ Im a tad confused, when I try to book a flight with Indian Airlines it comes up as 263 dollars but when I book a flight with that website I get it for 85 dollars using the same airline and dates? Has anyone used that site, are they ok?

they are aboslutely fine! i frequently book tickets with them..the reason that they can offer lower fares is because they are like consolidators who book with airlines in bulk , and pass on discounts to customers

Thanks for your help. Ive just realised that I am being asked to tick if I am Indian or not, the price has just gone up lots due to the fact Im not Indian

Do you think if I bought the tickets as if I was Indian it would matter

there is a difference on indian airlines fares for indians and non-indians! there has been a thread somewhere about this issue as well, you could probably find the answer there about whether it makes any difference if a foreigner buys the ticket as an indian....at work now so really don't have the time to search for the thread!
