Group travel?

We are travelling as a group of 19 from delhi to leh on 28th of october.. We had a change of dates due to swine flu..
now i hear that for groups of 9 or more there are concessions available on various flights..
Do any body have any idea about the concession rates of various operators from delhi to leh flights for group travel .? What are the facilities that they offer to groups?

Wouldn't it be better if you check out the airline sites and find out what the deals are?

What concessions an airline gives a group depends on -

1. Load Average 2. Duration of the trip ( O&D ) 3. Competition.

I'd call all the airlines flying that route and negotiate the best deal (not necessarily the cheapest)

None of the airlines have mentioned rates in the websites for group travel..

Websites are not the last word on group travel. You have to call the airline and tell them you want "group travel desk" or "manager".

King fisher gave me rs. 329 concession per ticket for group travel from delhi to leh..
Have anybody got more concessions for the same route.?

Group Travel is based on number of people, time(day of week,season), load average; and not easily comparable since it is an unpublished fare basis. Take it and run with it. Not many people in this forum will have datapoints that you can measure against.
