GoAir: What to do if the Flight Schedule is Cancelled

If the airline website shows a particular flight is no longer on the schedule, but the call center has no information of the same. What do I do? My ticket and PNR still shows up as confirmed. The airline has forwarded no information. Should I make alternate arrangements?
How and when do I claim my refunds?
Am I entitled to some compensation as well?

Well go through the fare rules and Terms and Conditions printed on your ticket. The best thing is to mail them and wait for a response. You would get Refund but not sure about any compensation.

If the flight is in the distant future, please wait for them to notify you when it nears the departure date. Check with Airline regularly or see if someone can check the GDSs and verify if it indeed has been withdrawn from the schedule.

Post the exact details.

Is it possible that the flight is simply full, so they aren't trying to sell any more seats?

I wouldn't count on a refund. I recently had to cancel a GoAir flight, and they refused to give anything but a voucher. Since I have no plans to fly GoAir in the future, it is totally useless to me.

Sorry to hijack, but does anyone have any idea where I can get rid of a GoAir voucher?
