Goair Problems
So. I had originally booked an internal flight from Goa to Delhi for the 21st. Various situations arise which prompted me to switch my flight to a later day. My receipt had said that, for any cancellations and modifications, I can contact customer service by phone or try their website. I thought the internet option was an easier way out and managed to find a flight that was the same price as my original ticket. I made the change, I put in my Visa info to pay the delaying fee, it's processing... and then an error.
The first time, I thought perhaps it worked out okay anyway, so I checked my itinerary online, the date is changed (good) but it says that I have to still pay for my fee. I've tried to pay for it a few times after the initial error, but no luck. And I can't seem to get a hold of them on the phone either? The 1 800 number, I go straight to a busy line. And the second number doesn't even get recognized. Can I just show up at the airport prior to take off and pay the Rs 1252? Or am I screwed if I don't get this fixed before the 21st? |

Better to call their customer service over the phone and sort it out. Though I won't expect the GoAir flights to be full, don't leave it for the airport.
Not to scare you, but offlate GoAir seem to go through some crisis. They had cancelled many sectors and don't fly them anymore. Better to keep checking with them lest they do something funny at the last moment. |

Thanks for the reply (and the warning) but I can't seem to get a hold of them over the phone! I go straight to busy line or I don't connect at all. Today, I've tried to write an email to them to the feedback address they gave me but I got an automatically generated reply, saying that the email failed to be sent to said address. Dodgy? I think so.

A Google throws up these Head Office numbers, perhaps worth a try:
+91 (0)22 6742 0499, +91 (0)22 6742 0300 Also their number at Goa Airport: 0832 6552280/81
