My plan is to arrive to Delhi with Turkish Airways flight via Istanbul and to proceed straight to Srinagar, which is my first destination in India. The TA plane should land at 3:05. The first flight to Srinagar is 5:25 GoAir. Is it realistic that I make from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1D in that time? I have good experience with procedure at that time (especially on new T3) and I am pretty positive that I can be out of T3 around 4, or even before. Is there enough time to reach GoAir flight at 5:25? The next one is two hours later.
TIA
Davor

I'll say better to take the next flight.

If you comeout at 4 PM, then finding a taxi/shuttle will take you annother 10-15 minute and then account for travelling time of another 15 minutes. All this means you'll be at 1D by 4:30, then checking in and security check queue (sepentine queues)and boarding queue so you can imagine the situtation....

Thanks Delhiwala. I just don't know how it looks like at 1D Terminal, how is GoAir organized... It is better to wait couple of hours more... Uff, I don't like the idea

1-D is very nice and things are quite efficient there... Go Air is also pretty organised, concern is the just the narrow margin that you have...

Even a small delay anywhere in the process can mar the entire plan, and if you attempt this, you'll under a lot of stress, so why bother..... play it safe.

Turkish is rather poor in terms of on time record in the IST-DEL route pair.

Well, it appears that I'll have to wait some 4 hours on Terminal 1D for Srinagar flight after a 16 hours trip to Delhi
What is Terminal 1D like?
And another question - I can choose between IndiGo and GoAir flight. Both are via Jammu, some half an hour of vdifference in departure times - which company is better?

1D is spanking new and has a no. of eateries and shops...so I think 4 hours there shouldn't be a big problem....

Both Indigo and Goair are similar.

Take Indigo anyday...Go Air is pathetic when it comes to being organized or being on time, and i am talking from my own personal experience.

Indigo is on time 99.9% of the times.

1D is fun to unwind and eat and shop. You can even pass time with a spa there (O2).
