Hello !
The message below informs you about my experiences about cancelling a Kingfisher flight 1. First I tried to contact the flight-company by email, to write a mail to guestcare@flykingfisher.com with the request to cancel my flight... I didn't get an answer. 2. Then I called the company: the phone number you can find on the website. They helped me with cancelling my flight anb booking a new one. So everything has been arranged now. 3. Conclusion : 2 ways to cancel your tickets Cancelling tickets by phonecall is one way, but if you're calling from abroad (like I did) it wil be an expensive phone call Cancelling tickets by email: don't use the email mentioned above, but do it like this: - surf to the website - go to 'Helpline' (mentioned in the bar at the top of the site) - select 'Feedback' - I clicked 'Grievance' and explained my sitation about cancelling my flight... Submit.. If you have luck then ... you receive a direct email-contact of someone who works at the company. And that's the person you can contact then to help cancel your flight! The person who contacted me explained me what to do and you have to give the details of your flight you want to cancel + the details of your credit card (to refund and book, if necessary, new tickets). And that's it. Maybe this post can be a help for others... Bye! Christophe. |
