Flights to Leh
where from? delhi? chandigarh? will they have flights in mid october? is it worth going at that time of the year? thanks to all in advance

Yes, from Delhi (don't know about Chandigarh). Yes, it's worth going in October... we flew in on November 1, and it was one of the most memorable visits we had in India. Many of the guest houses will have closed down for the off-season, but there's still plenty that are open... and at this quiet time we arrived with no booking and practically had the run of the Old Ladakh, which was delightful.
