Arrow Flights to Agra from Delhi?

I have been searching online, but haven't been able to find any airlines at all which fly from Delhi to Agra. Does anyone know of the airlines who fly there (Agra)?

I don't think there are any. It seems like if there were, the hassle of getting a taxi to the airport (and checking in and getting through security) would be more than the hassle of getting a taxi to Agra.

It is confirmed, there is no flight between Delhi and Agra. It is not commercially viable mainly due to such a short distance between both the places!

Since you budget allows you to fly another option is to hire a car + driver for distances like Delihi Agra.
Depending on the type of car the price will start at something like 9 rs per kilometer.

I went from Delhi to Agra on the Shatabdi Express, and it was a great experience. If you decide to use a car and driver, I could recommend Namaste India Tours. They seem to be a little more expensive than other car services, but I really like them. Their drivers are excellent and speak English really well. Here is their website.

Enjoy Agra - the Taj is amazing!!!

The Feb-Mar '12 rates were 10-12rs/km depending on the make of the car, plus overnight charge for the driver and a 250 km/day minimum.

That's certainly affordable! I could probably drive there for less if I were to get a car. Might would have to come back to return it, though. I'll let you all know how my trip goes, though. I'm definitely going to take the train.

Isso, fellow Texan (I have place in Texarkana)..
DO NOT DRIVE YOURSELF IN INDIA!!! NO WAY!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!

IF you don't want take a train, hire a car with driver to take you. Your hotel in New Delhi (or whatver accommodation you have) can hook you up with someone--happens all the time.

Then you say you will take the trin. that is fine, but i would recco for first-timer, definitely request first class AC

Thanks. There was a bit of cynicism when I posted that. I did drive a moped in Indonesia, Bali to be specific. It was pretty crazy. But I would never drive in India. Even though I do have an international driving permit...
